Build sponsor client base, coordinate global product teams, optimize balance sheet deployment, and achieve revenue targets through strategic collaboration and market insight.

Support Technology portfolios (primarily Finance and Data) as an In Line PMO, driving programme/project reporting, governance, financial and resource control, Planview data management, RAID and benefits tracking, assurance activities, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of PMO processes. Provide executive reporting, meeting support, documentation control and ad-hoc project delivery across Bank and Securities entities.
