Document customer and technical information in case management systems, manage incoming contacts and existing cases, maintain product expertise, and occasionally provide after-hours or weekend on-call support. The role requires networking knowledge, analytical troubleshooting skills, clear communication, independent work, and the ability to manage critical customer issues and expectations.

Leads technical pre-sales activities across Europe, engaging customers to analyze complex requirements and design compelling technology and service solutions. Creates high-level designs, bills of materials, documentation, demonstrations, and tender responses. Presents solutions, coordinates technical bid teams, supports third-party procurement and quotation evaluation, and manages stakeholder relationships. Travel to customer and company locations may be required for projects, meetings, and demonstrations.

Serve as the operational SME for deploying Motorolas Guardian Suite to emergency services customers. Capture and document requirements, gap analyses, user stories and acceptance criteria; coordinate with engineering, product, suppliers and test teams; deliver training; support go-lives and defect management; maintain customer relationships and benefits documentation to ensure successful deployments and service satisfaction.

Investigate and resolve complex escalated issues for cloud video security products by reproducing problems in lab, analyzing logs and network traces, collaborating with R&D/test/support/sales, testing fixes and workarounds, writing technical documentation, and occasionally visiting customer sites.

The Senior Platform Engineer will develop and scale cloud infrastructure, manage daily operations across cloud and on-premises, implement security practices, and improve processes within a diverse and collaborative team.

Design rugged enclosures and mechanisms for long-range surveillance cameras using SolidWorks.
