Troubleshoot Motorola Solutions cloud, hardware, software, network, and video security products through phone, chat, email, and remote sessions. Document cases, analyze logs, reproduce issues, prioritize customer requests, manage escalations, and collaborate with global support teams. The role requires strong technical communication, networking knowledge, problem-solving skills, and flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend support. Travel is under 10%, and the position is hybrid.
