Reproduce issues in lab environments, analyze logs and network traces, collaborate with R&D, test fixes and workarounds, write technical documentation, and communicate status to customers and internal teams.

Serve as the operational SME for deploying Motorolas Guardian Suite to emergency services customers. Capture and document requirements, gap analyses, user stories and acceptance criteria; coordinate with engineering, product, suppliers and test teams; deliver training; support go-lives and defect management; maintain customer relationships and benefits documentation to ensure successful deployments and service satisfaction.
