Design rugged enclosures and mechanisms for harsh environments using SolidWorks. Produce 2D drawings, BOMs, build guides, and test plans. Collaborate with production, quality and manufacturing, inspect drawings, troubleshoot prototypes, and justify designs with analysis and documentation.

Serve as the operational SME for deploying Motorolas Guardian Suite to emergency services customers. Capture and document requirements, gap analyses, user stories and acceptance criteria; coordinate with engineering, product, suppliers and test teams; deliver training; support go-lives and defect management; maintain customer relationships and benefits documentation to ensure successful deployments and service satisfaction.
