Manages store stock operations, including deliveries, inventory counts, stockroom organization, replenishment, transfers, returns, price changes, security tagging, and ticketing. Supports sales teams by ensuring product availability and maintains accurate stock records and system updates. Requires 1–3 years of retail stock or back-of-house experience, strong organization, accuracy, basic IT skills, conversational English, and the ability to work reliably under pressure.

Provide luxury-level customer service, meet/exceed individual and team sales targets, build and maintain client relationships, offer styling advice and product knowledge, manage stock and visual standards, and collaborate with Harrods and Marella teams.

The Sales Assistant will welcome customers, support store goals, build client relationships, maintain store presentation, and resolve customer queries.
