Job Description

For the upcoming opening of our new Marella Store in London, we are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Assistants to join our team.

You will play a key role in conveying the brand’s identity and excellence in service, while contributing to store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in line with Max Mara’s brand values, service standards, and selling ceremony.
- Actively support the achievement of personal and store goals, working collaboratively with the team.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities.
- Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times, with merchandise properly displayed and organized.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand heritage, and fashion trends.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Act as an ambassador of Max Mara’s customer-centric approach

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:
- Speak fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Have at least 1–3 years of retail experience; experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector is preferred.
- Be passionate about fashion, sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Be goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards in presentation and behaviour, aligned with the brand image.
