The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support, advise on HR policies and employment law, improve team effectiveness, and foster employee relations for a client group of up to 300 employees.

Design and validate automated workflows for assays, support lab automation systems, troubleshoot equipment, and lead project collaborations in R&D.

The Lead Scientist will design and optimize purification processes, evaluate advanced chromatography and filtration techniques, and collaborate across teams to drive innovation in biologics purification.

Perform analytical testing on therapeutic protein samples (HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, spectrophotometry), review and interpret data against specifications, prepare stability study protocols and reports, support investigations/CAPAs/change controls, mentor colleagues, manage lab operations, and collaborate with QC/QA/Manufacturing to ensure GMP compliance and product quality.

Design, implement, and maintain control systems and instrumentation for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Configure and troubleshoot PLCs, DCS (Emerson DeltaV), SCADA/HMI; support commissioning, validation, calibration, root-cause investigations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, reliable production.

Provide technical and operational oversight for automated laboratory and analytical platforms, troubleshoot and maintain automation systems, execute plate-based assays (e.g., ELISA) and protein purification workflows, drive continuous improvement, and act as a technical point of contact across Protein and Process Analytics to support project delivery and operational excellence.

As a Lab Informatics Engineer, you'll implement and optimize lab informatics systems, partner with scientists to create digital solutions, and enhance data interoperability.

Perform hands-on microbiological testing for product qualification, routine assays and environmental monitoring. Record and review GMP-compliant data, identify and escalate anomalies, maintain lab housekeeping, equipment and inventory, support media/reagent qualification, and follow safety and GMP training requirements.

Lead laboratory-scale development and optimisation of downstream purification and primary recovery processes. Design and run chromatography and filtration experiments, analyse complex datasets, assess emerging DSP technologies, produce technical reports, and collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining data integrity, safety, and continuous improvement.
