Supports the Slough manufacturing site with financial analysis, planning, forecasting, cost transparency, profitability, inventory, variance analysis, CAPEX investment support, monthly close, and working-capital management. Partners with site leadership and global teams to improve financial processes, systems, and operational performance, including SAP enhancements and ERP initiatives.

Conduct laboratory experiments and analytical testing for protein analytics, document and interpret data, support method validation and OOS investigations, maintain laboratory equipment and inventory, and ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, quality, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves planning assigned project activities, contributing to technical reports, troubleshooting laboratory issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully site-based environment.

Leads analytical characterization projects for therapeutic proteins, developing, validating, optimizing, and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS and complementary methods. Interprets mass spectrometry data covering protein structure, size, charge variants, and post-translational modifications. Supports product characterization, reference standards, comparability, and regulatory studies. Provides technical leadership, trains scientists, performs technical reviews, investigates root causes, collaborates with customers and internal teams, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.
