Provides expertise in upstream, downstream, and bioconjugation process development and manufacturing, troubleshoots complex challenges using data and multivariate analysis, and drives process optimization. The role monitors technical performance, influences scientific decisions, presents recommendations, and mentors process development scientists.

Leads the development, roadmap, integration, and continuous improvement of LIMS and ELN solutions for laboratory workflows. Partners with scientists, laboratory managers, IT, and vendors to gather requirements, manage instrument and system interfaces, support sample and reagent tracking, improve data integrity, modernize laboratory environments, and monitor system performance in biopharma or biomanufacturing settings.
