Execute laboratory projects in Purification Development and Viral Clearance, mentor junior team members, analyze data, and collaborate on project outcomes.

Lead development, optimisation and maintenance of the site Quality Management System and GMP training. Ensure GMP compliance (FDA/EU), monitor QMS metrics, drive improvements, lead audits and inspections, act as QMS subject matter expert, support global QA initiatives and perform Qualified Person duties when appropriately qualified.
