R&D Senior Scientist

- Plan and execute studies in support of technology or process development projects
- Independently manage high-throughput (HTP) purification workflows and troubleshoot equipment
- Organize, curate, and analyze large datasets from primary recovery and purification studies
- Author high-quality technical reports and publications, providing scientifically supported conclusions
- Contribute to the assessment and implementation of emerging purification technologies
- Maintain laboratory organization, ensure data integrity, and comply with cGxP and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Analytical, HTP Automation, Bioinformatics, and Purification Operations
- BSc or BEng in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering (MSc/PhD preferred)
- Business fluent in English
- Advanced laboratory experience in DSP unit operations, including chromatography method development, scale-up, and process optimization
- Proven ability to troubleshoot purification equipment and apply analytical data for process decisions
- Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate concepts into practical applications
- Experience in authoring SOPs, technical reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated collaboration, agility, customer focus, and results-driven behavior
