Manages scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Manage enterprise customer success across onboarding, training, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Build relationships, coach customers toward business goals, develop success plans, communicate platform value, and serve as the escalation point. Collaborate with account owners, executives, and cross-functional teams to maximize LogicMonitor value and ensure customer outcomes. Travel 1–2 times per quarter.
