Lead SOX compliance across ERP systems, including ITGC and ITAC design, documentation, testing, remediation, access management, segregation of duties, audit coordination, and control oversight. The role supports ISO 27001 compliance, risk mitigation, governance reporting, control automation, stakeholder engagement, and training across Technology and business teams.

Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term technology strategy and roadmap. Assess emerging technologies, especially AI and machine learning, and translate insights into investment recommendations and business cases. Advise executives, prepare board materials, support technology planning and supplier negotiations, and collaborate across business functions. The role also contributes to transformation programs, mergers and acquisitions, technology due diligence, and integration planning while influencing stakeholders without direct management authority.

Leads funding, liquidity, treasury, capital raising, financial modeling, and strategic transaction workstreams. Owns cash-flow and liquidity forecasting, debt headroom and covenant analysis, financing execution, and finance workstreams for acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and carve-outs. Establishes modeling standards, coordinates lenders, investors, advisers, and internal teams, delivers recommendations to senior leadership, and coaches Finance colleagues.

Supports telecoms security governance, risk, compliance, policy implementation, audit readiness, and training activities. Maintains compliance trackers, risk registers, evidence repositories, asset registers, business impact assessments, and risk treatment plans. Coordinates evidence gathering for audits and Ofcom regulatory requests, prepares dashboards and reporting packs, tracks policy compliance, and assists with security awareness initiatives. Requires organizational skills, cybersecurity governance interest, Telecoms Security Act knowledge, familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and Cyber Essentials, plus governance or compliance experience.

Leads UK receivables financing and securitization activities, including origination, structuring, execution, client portfolio management, and strategic growth. The role oversees complex transactions across trade receivables, contract receivables, consumer assets, and working capital solutions; coordinates clients, funders, banks, asset managers, legal firms, and service providers; manages and develops the receivables team; and represents the business at industry events.
