Own the Contract Lifecycle Management strategy, roadmap, backlog, configuration, and end-to-end contracting experience. Manage templates, clause libraries, approval hierarchies, policies, analytics, integrations, and contract obligations while partnering with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Technology, Risk, and external vendors. Lead solution implementations, change management, user adoption, process improvement, and innovation involving AI-powered contract review, negotiation, risk identification, and data extraction.

Lead the organization’s AI governance and assurance framework, embedding Responsible AI, risk management, compliance, and controls throughout the AI lifecycle. Assess generative and agentic AI systems for fairness, explainability, robustness, security, and regulatory alignment. Conduct risk assessments, DPIAs, supplier reviews, and assurance activities while monitoring emerging regulations. Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams; develop policies, training, standards, and governance practices that promote safe, transparent, and accountable AI adoption.

Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term technology strategy and roadmap. Assess emerging technologies, especially AI and machine learning, and translate insights into investment recommendations and business cases. Advise executives, prepare board materials, support technology planning and supplier negotiations, and collaborate across business functions. The role also contributes to transformation programs, mergers and acquisitions, technology due diligence, and integration planning while influencing stakeholders without direct management authority.
