Serve as senior relationship lead with partners and steward key client/prospect moments to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Run and maintain day-to-day office operations for the London office: greet visitors, manage hospitality, handle packages and facilities tickets, coordinate vendors and contracts, support onboarding and IT desk setups, assist events, and provide coverage for the Workplace Manager to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Own enterprise and strategic premium issues end-to-end, diagnose and resolve complex platform problems, translate technical details for legal teams, produce reusable troubleshooting artifacts, and drive product improvements while maintaining enterprise-grade handoffs across a global team.

Serve as the senior technical owner for strategic accounts: manage escalations and incident response, maintain account technical blueprints (data, integrations, security), drive adoption through enablement, define escalation and account-health frameworks, coordinate cross-team resolution paths, and partner with engagement managers on business outcomes.

Build and own Legora's ESG function end-to-end: define strategy and commitments, automate CSRD and RFP reporting with AI, model and track datacentre emissions, implement GHG accounting and offsets, ensure audit readiness, and represent Legora to clients and partners across Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Revenue.

Lead compensation architecture and equity programs: define and maintain bands, run annual review cycles, benchmark markets, partner with Finance and Legal, build scalable reward frameworks, and educate managers and employees.

Lead post-sale experience for a portfolio of marquee global accounts: design tailored adoption playbooks, run multi-year change-management programs, build C‑suite relationships, drive adoption/ROI, coordinate cross-functional teams, support renewals and expansions, and develop a small engagement team.

Own and grow a portfolio of consulting and SI partner relationships across Europe: map joint pipeline, enable partners, co-sell and co-deliver deals, track partner-sourced revenue, surface feedback, and help build the regional partner program from the ground up alongside internal sales, engagement, and product teams.

Own and build Legora's partnerships with top European law schools: secure student access, embed the product into curricula, train and evangelize students, collaborate with faculty, demo product credibly, track engagement and outcomes, and feed school feedback into product and go-to-market decisions. Coordinate closely with sales, engagement, and engineering teams and travel across Europe to build relationships.

Embed with enterprise clients to design, build, and maintain production-grade integrations between Legora and customers' legal tech stacks. Own technical scoping, deliver reusable connectors and automation, debug production issues, and communicate technical feedback to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to improve deployments.

Lead and develop a high-performing BDR team to generate outbound pipeline, set performance standards, coach through 1:1s and call reviews, partner with Sales/Marketing/Operations, hire and onboard talent, refine outbound strategies and tooling, and ensure customer-first interactions that drive qualified opportunities and company growth.

Own Legora's pricing architecture and packaging across segments, define monetization for new products, run willingness-to-pay research, lead competitive pricing analysis, enable sales with pricing tools, and align Finance, Sales, RevOps and Product to implement pricing changes that capture product value.

Lead Legora's paid advisory and champion/adoption offering: build and run champion networks, design scalable education and enablement, create content and communities, use usage data to drive adoption, and translate learnings into repeatable product and delivery assets.

Own quota and revenue for Legora's Private Markets segment. Prospect, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, build relationships with senior investment professionals, align product and GTM with customer needs, forecast pipeline, and scale playbooks with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth.

Partner with law firms and in-house legal teams to design and implement Real Estate workflows on Legora. Serve as a trusted advisor across onboarding, pilots, training, and adoption; deliver demos and workshops; translate customer insights into product improvements; build scalable playbooks and best practices to embed generative AI into Real Estate legal practice.

Own London site workplace technology end-to-end: onboard new hires, provision and lifecycle-manage hardware, run AV/conferencing, oversee cabling, badge/CCTV installs, vendor management, local tech spend and forecasting, lead or hire workplace tech staff, and resolve site requests in-person to meet shared service SLAs.
