Responsibilities include engaging senior stakeholders, coordinating regional teams, identifying expansion opportunities, managing risks, sharing client feedback with Product, maintaining account plans and forecasts, and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and Deal Desk through renewal.

Develop evidence-based priorities for legal data sources and jurisdictions, translate client demand and usage data into investment recommendations, build business cases, and establish Legal Data’s operating model. Own planning, reporting, tooling, onboarding, playbooks, and partner operations from agreement through live content. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Legal Data, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Legal in a global individual-contributor role.

Owns full-cycle GTM recruitment across EMEA, partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy, team design, and candidate selection. Builds proactive talent pipelines, runs structured data-informed hiring processes, improves talent programs and tooling, and mentors Talent Acquisition colleagues. The role requires strong commercial understanding, particularly of sales compensation, quota attainment, and revenue impact, along with the ability to manage complex searches and influence senior stakeholders in a high-growth environment.

Own end-to-end rollout programs for strategic legal-sector accounts, coordinating planning, resources, change management, stakeholder alignment, adoption metrics, governance, and implementation execution. Analyze user adoption data, identify friction points, and develop interventions, playbooks, templates, and benchmarks. Partner across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to ensure consistent global launches and measurable outcomes. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, executive communication, organizational discipline, and hands-on program leadership.

Coordinate multinational payroll cycles, manage external payroll providers, validate and reconcile payroll data, ensure regulatory and process compliance, support audits, improve scalable payroll workflows, and collaborate with HR, Finance, vendors, and the Global Payroll Manager.

Partner with in-house legal teams to identify AI opportunities, design and implement legal workflows, support pilots and enterprise adoption, deliver demos and training, and influence product strategy. The role combines legal operations, product expertise, solutions architecture, client advisory, and change management. It requires strong legal judgment, in-house legal experience, commercial awareness, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate between legal, business, product, and engineering stakeholders.

Owns statutory reporting, local accounting records, regulatory compliance, and filing calendars across international legal entities. Coordinates statutory accounts, audits, advisors, and local authorities; monitors legislative changes; establishes compliant reporting processes for new markets; and develops internal controls and documentation. Requires extensive statutory accounting or financial reporting experience, international compliance expertise, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Provide onsite IT and workplace technology support for employees in the London office. Troubleshoot devices, applications, accounts, peripherals, connectivity, meeting-room AV, and office technology. Manage onboarding, offboarding, hardware inventory, repairs, and equipment returns. Support office moves, vendors, and basic networking while maintaining documentation and improving recurring workflows through automation and AI-assisted support.

Own the people strategy for a UK and Ireland function, partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, compensation, change, culture, and organizational health. Advise leadership through growth and reorganizations, collaborate with Employee Relations and People Centers of Excellence, and translate global people frameworks into business impact. The role requires strong HRBP experience, UK employment law knowledge, and confidence navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder challenges.

Leads employee relations and employment compliance across six EMEA markets. Owns complex investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, performance plans, terminations, statutory obligations, works council and union engagement, whistleblowing implementation, and jurisdictional risk. Builds the regional ER capability, establishes consistent processes and standards, advises People leadership, partners with Employment Counsel, and collaborates globally on case taxonomy, systems, and calibration.

Drive public sector deal execution, pipeline generation, account research, stakeholder engagement, proposals, demos, procurement, tenders, security reviews, due diligence, and negotiations. Partner with senior GTM leaders and cross-functional teams to progress complex opportunities, build trusted public sector relationships, identify AI use cases, and improve repeatable go-to-market processes.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for core user-facing legal products. Build 0-to-1 AI-native features, partner with design and engineering, run experiments, and use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize and iterate rapidly for high-impact user outcomes.

Own and execute product marketing visuals from concept to final output: campaign visuals, decks, photo/video shoots, and sales enablement. Lead shoot planning and production, source external partners, collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Copy, Web and Brand Designers, and use AI tools to speed ideation while maintaining high creative standards.

Lead global People Operations across employee lifecycle processes, HRIS and data integrity, contracts, benefits, compliance, reporting, and people technology. Manage distributed teams in Stockholm and New York, build local HR capabilities in new markets, automate workflows, document scalable SOPs, and partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.

Own pipeline and revenue across strategic UK accounts, develop and scale go-to-market plays, shape complex enterprise deals, engage senior stakeholders, analyze conversion data, and codify successful approaches into the company’s enterprise GTM playbook.

Evaluates and quality-controls legal AI skills, workflows, and use cases; researches prompting and applied AI methods; develops best-practice exemplars; tests new product capabilities; trains Legal Engineers; supports executive demonstrations; coordinates global skills libraries; and contributes approximately 30% of time to live client work.

Owns end-to-end engineering recruitment across the UK and Ireland, partnering with senior leaders to define hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, run structured hiring processes, and deliver excellent candidate experiences. The role also contributes to Talent Acquisition process design, tooling, programs, and broader People initiatives while maintaining high standards for technical hiring quality and pace.

Build, review, and ship end-to-end features for Legora’s AI-native legal workspace. The role involves architecting web-platform functionality, owning code quality, security, and development speed, working across frontend and backend technologies, reviewing code, mentoring junior engineers, and driving continuous improvement. Engineers should demonstrate strong judgment, autonomy, pragmatic architecture, and the ability to understand unfamiliar codebases. Infrastructure and integration experience is advantageous.
