Build, review, and ship end-to-end features for Legora’s AI-native legal workspace. The role involves architecting web-platform functionality, owning code quality, security, and development speed, working across frontend and backend technologies, reviewing code, mentoring junior engineers, and driving continuous improvement. Engineers should demonstrate strong judgment, autonomy, pragmatic architecture, and the ability to understand unfamiliar codebases. Infrastructure and integration experience is advantageous.

Partner with prospects, customers, Account Executives, and Sales/Legal Engineers to quantify and communicate Legora’s business value. Develop executive-ready ROI narratives, lead value discussions with senior stakeholders, train go-to-market teams, create value frameworks and tools, and support customer adoption and expansion through impact measurement.

Turn data into product and business decisions through metric definition, experimentation, causal analysis, deep-dive research, and clear recommendations. Model reliable analytical data in dbt, build scalable dashboards and reporting, partner with data engineering, and influence leaders across Product, Finance, Growth, GTM, and Customer Success. The role also helps establish data-team standards, tooling, and operating practices in an AI-first environment.

Own the global post-sale relationship and adoption strategy for a major Big 4 client. Design and execute multi-year change-management and adoption programmes, build transformation roadmaps, drive measurable ROI, coordinate regional and cross-functional teams, develop senior stakeholder relationships, support expansion opportunities, and translate customer feedback into product and enablement improvements. The role is based in London with approximately 25% international travel.

Own onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for 15–20 mid-market corporate clients. Design and execute tailored change-management playbooks, manage parallel adoption programs, advise senior legal stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify expansion opportunities, and translate customer feedback into product and enablement improvements. Manage a portfolio of strategic law firm accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and driving platform adoption, behavior change, retention, satisfaction, and expansion. Work directly with lawyers and senior stakeholders on client sites, lead discovery and enablement initiatives, monitor customer health metrics, identify declining usage, and translate feedback into product insights. Collaborate with Customer Enablement, Product, and Marketing while representing Legora at market and client events.

Own and grow a portfolio of consulting and SI partner relationships across Europe: map joint pipeline, enable partners, co-sell and co-deliver deals, track partner-sourced revenue, surface feedback, and help build the regional partner program from the ground up alongside internal sales, engagement, and product teams.

As a Software Engineer at Legora, you will build and implement features for a web platform, maintaining code quality and mentoring junior colleagues.

Own and build Legora's partnerships with top European law schools: secure student access, embed the product into curricula, train and evangelize students, collaborate with faculty, demo product credibly, track engagement and outcomes, and feed school feedback into product and go-to-market decisions. Coordinate closely with sales, engagement, and engineering teams and travel across Europe to build relationships.

Lead strategy and commercial direction for sports partnership activations and executive hospitality. Lead compensation architecture and equity programs: define bands, run annual review cycles, benchmark markets, partner with Finance and Legal, build scalable tools, and educate managers to ensure competitive, equitable total rewards across geographies.
