Build and lead Legora’s international People Advisory team from the ground up. Establish market coverage, hire and develop People Advisors, oversee local HR casework, strengthen policies and processes, coach managers, and partner with Employee Relations, People Operations, People Business Partners, and People Technology. Apply AI to improve advisory workflows, documentation, knowledge management, and self-service resources while monitoring service quality, compliance, response times, and employee and manager experience.

Manage a portfolio of smaller client accounts while supporting senior Customer Success Managers with enterprise relationships. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, product enablement, issue diagnosis, playbook development, client check-ins, success reviews, and monitoring customer health and adoption. The role focuses on helping legal firms and corporate clients successfully adopt and scale an AI-powered SaaS platform.

Own post-sale onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for enterprise legal clients. Design multi-year adoption strategies, lead complex change programs, establish executive governance, navigate IT, security, procurement, and integrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Build trusted relationships with senior legal stakeholders, drive renewals and expansion, translate feedback into product improvements, and develop reusable enterprise engagement playbooks.
