Partner with prospects, customers, Account Executives, and Sales/Legal Engineers to quantify and communicate Legora’s business value. Develop executive-ready ROI narratives, lead value discussions with senior stakeholders, train go-to-market teams, create value frameworks and tools, and support customer adoption and expansion through impact measurement.

Turn data into product and business decisions through metric definition, experimentation, causal analysis, deep-dive research, and clear recommendations. Model reliable analytical data in dbt, build scalable dashboards and reporting, partner with data engineering, and influence leaders across Product, Finance, Growth, GTM, and Customer Success. The role also helps establish data-team standards, tooling, and operating practices in an AI-first environment.

Own the global post-sale relationship and adoption strategy for a major Big 4 client. Design and execute multi-year change-management and adoption programmes, build transformation roadmaps, drive measurable ROI, coordinate regional and cross-functional teams, develop senior stakeholder relationships, support expansion opportunities, and translate customer feedback into product and enablement improvements. The role is based in London with approximately 25% international travel.
