About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the Role

The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the centre of that transformation. We're looking for an Engagement Manager to join our UK & Ireland Engagement team in London, own adoption across a portfolio of enterprise corporate clients and help some of the world's largest in-house legal functions fundamentally change the way they work.

This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organisations and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of strategic enterprise accounts: building deep, multi-level relationships, defining the outcomes and serving as the trusted adviser who turns Legora into an embedded part of how those teams operate.

Enterprise means depth: larger, more complex accounts with more revenue at stake. Each account is a global legal function with multiple teams, jurisdictions and business units, its own governance, and a long, multi-phase roadmap. Success depends on navigating that complexity: aligning General Counsel, legal operations, IT, security and procurement, and building momentum one team and one use case at a time until Legora is used across the whole function.

At the heart of the role is designing each client's enterprise adoption strategy and delivering the change programmes that transform how they work. For every account you will build a tailored, multi-year roadmap, sequence initiatives from the first pilot teams to function-wide and global adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI with executive sponsors, and evolve the programme as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge.

You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class enterprise adoption programme at Legora, helping clients realise measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work.

What You'll Do

You'll lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realisation for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Specifically, you will:

  • Design each client's enterprise adoption strategy: the change-management approach, governance model, stakeholder map across legal, business and IT, and target outcomes for how that legal function adopts Legora.

  • Execute against that strategy, sequencing initiatives from the first pilot teams through to function-wide and global adoption across regions, practice areas and business units.

  • Build and run executive governance with each client, including steering committees, executive business reviews and success plans owned jointly with GC and legal operations leadership.

  • Act as a strategic adviser who deeply understands enterprise in-house legal priorities (cost, cycle time, risk, global consistency and doing more without adding headcount), surfaces high-impact opportunities and guides teams towards maximum value from Legora.

  • Navigate the enterprise landscape, including security reviews, IT and integration requirements, procurement and change-control processes, so that adoption keeps moving.

  • Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), keeping full account context and coordination.

  • Partner closely with GTM on renewals, expansion and other key commercial moments, building the case for wider deployment and new use cases across the client's organisation.

  • Turn customer feedback into action by working closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing to shape the roadmap, positioning and enablement for enterprise clients.

  • Build reusable enterprise playbooks, governance templates and enablement material from what works, so the whole Engagement team gets better as you go.

What You Bring

You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You're proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed.

We're looking for:

  • At least 5 years' experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech or customer success, ideally with enterprise clients in an AI-native B2B vertical.

  • Experience leading large-scale rollouts and adoption programmes at enterprise or global organisations. We want someone who has taken a new way of working into a large, multi-jurisdictional in-house function, navigated procurement, IT, security and sceptical stakeholders, and made it stick.

  • A consulting or transformation background, with a track record of designing and delivering change-management programmes inside large, matrixed organisations.

  • Experience building multi-year, client-level transformation roadmaps and governance structures, and steering them to measurable outcomes.

  • Confidence engaging C-suite and General Counsel-level stakeholders, running executive reviews and building executive sponsorship.

  • Strong programme management: comfortable running complex, multi-workstream programmes with many stakeholders, dependencies and risks.

  • A track record of driving adoption, retention, expansion and satisfaction with enterprise clients.

  • Experience in legal, compliance or other regulated and complex industries, or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast.

  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal. You can hold the room with a General Counsel and roll up your sleeves with the teams who use the product every day.

  • High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act.

  • A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it.

  • Fluency with metrics, and a focus on data, customer health and outcomes over process.
