Prepare presentations for monthly reviews, contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting, partner with product, commercial, marketing and data stakeholders, and use financial and non-financial insights to identify risks and growth opportunities.

Lead and scale a global Account Management team, own commercial strategy across markets, manage key strategic and VIP partners, drive revenue growth and monetisation using data and CRM, and implement systems and processes to improve reporting and team productivity.

Design and execute lifecycle CRM programs: build automated customer journeys, personalise communications using data, run experiments to boost engagement and commercial metrics across Casino and Sportsbook products, collaborating with Product, Marketing and Compliance.
