Lead and transform Legend’s international finance function, managing a 25+ person multi-location team across reporting, payables, receivables, treasury and payroll. The role oversees operating-model redesign, process automation, systems improvement, controls, post-acquisition integration, governance, KPIs and continuous improvement. It requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and the ability to balance business-as-usual delivery with finance transformation initiatives.

Provide commercial legal support across customer and supplier contracts, advise cross-functional stakeholders, support gaming regulation and licensing work, assist on intellectual property matters, and maintain legal templates and playbooks to improve processes and turnaround times.

Support Senior FP&A Manager with performance analysis, reporting and forecasting across a complex P&L. Prepare presentations for monthly reviews, contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting, partner with product, commercial, marketing and data stakeholders, and use financial and non-financial insights to identify risks and growth opportunities.

Lead and scale a global Account Management team, own commercial strategy across markets, manage key strategic and VIP partners, drive revenue growth and monetisation using data and CRM, and implement systems and processes to improve reporting and team productivity.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, analyse variances, improve and automate reporting processes, support audits, and partner with Finance teams to scale reporting and governance.

Lead AI-driven productivity transformation: identify high-ROI automation opportunities, design and deploy agentic workflows and orchestration systems using APIs and LLMs, scale solutions across teams, reduce manual work, define the AI productivity roadmap, and drive adoption through tooling, playbooks, and enablement.
