Provide operational and administrative support to the global Legal Team, managing contract review via templates, NDAs, corporate filings, KYC, invoice and budget tracking, legal tech optimisation, document repositories, and routine legal project coordination under senior counsel supervision.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, analyse variances, improve and automate reporting processes, support audits, and partner with Finance teams to scale reporting and governance.

Provide commercial legal support across customer and supplier contracts, advise cross-functional stakeholders, support gaming regulation and licensing work, assist on intellectual property matters, and maintain legal templates and playbooks to improve processes and turnaround times.
