At Legend, we're building next-level player experiences. With 20+ years of proven success we’re the world's leading Sports and Gaming marketing company.

Our people are our edge. 600+ sharp, ambitious Legends across 22+ countries who move fast, learn quickly and win together. Here growth isn’t a perk, it’s the standard. You’ll stretch, level-up and carve out a career as bold as the products we build. We celebrate wins and create experiences that people talk about for years - for our players & for each other. If you’re ready to shape the future of player experience and enjoy the ride while you do it, this is where you’ll thrive.

The Role:

You'll join a small, high-performing Commercial Finance team at the heart of our Gaming business, partnering with senior leaders to understand what's driving performance and influence the decisions that shape our future.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy asking "why?", and want to influence decisions rather than simply report on them, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

Working closely with the Senior FP&A Manager and stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Marketing and Data, you'll analyse financial and operational performance, identify opportunities and risks, and turn complex data into meaningful commercial insight.

In this role, we value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.

Your Impact:

  • Partner with the Senior FP&A Manager to analyse business performance across the full P&L and key commercial KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities and risks that drive decision-making.
  • Deliver meaningful commercial insight by connecting financial and operational data to explain not just what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Marketing and Data, providing financial challenge and supporting better business decisions.
  • Continuously monitor financial and non-financial performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Support monthly business performance reviews by preparing high-quality analysis, presenting findings and helping stakeholders understand the drivers behind performance.
  • Support the delivery of the annual planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling across a diverse portfolio of products and markets.
  • Help evolve our commercial reporting by improving analysis, challenging assumptions and finding better ways to generate insight.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering role where you've supported business decisions through financial analysis.
  • Strong commercial curiosity with the ability to understand the story behind the numbers and confidently explain business performance.
  • Experience analysing financial and operational KPIs, identifying performance drivers and making practical recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Confidence building relationships with stakeholders across the business, adapting your communication style to explain financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • A proactive, high-ownership mindset with a desire to challenge thinking and continuously improve the way you work.
  • A growth mindset with a genuine appetite to learn and develop. Working towards a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) would be advantageous

The Interview Process:

    1. Initial conversation with a Talent Partner (30 minutes via Zoom)
    2. Interview with the Senior FP&A Manager and People Experience Partner (60 minutes via Zoom)
    3. Take-home case study
    4. Final interview with the Senior FP&A leadership team (60 minutes via Zoom)
