Maintain clean CRM records, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, provide market feedback, and refine targeting and messaging based on conversion results. Success is measured by qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.

Qualify inbound leads, execute structured outbound campaigns, book discovery meetings, and maintain accurate CRM records for Account Executive handoffs. Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to build qualified B2B SaaS pipeline, provide light technical introductions, share market feedback, and improve messaging. Success is measured by meeting quality and pipeline contribution.

Partner with account executives and customer stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI governance demos, conduct technical discovery, scope and guide pilots, and demonstrate business value. Collaborate with Field Deployment, Product, and Engineering on complex opportunities, while capturing competitive insights and improving demo assets and pilot materials. The role requires clear communication with business, risk, compliance, and engineering audiences, plus occasional travel for key customer meetings.
