Leads U.S. accounting and group consolidation, including month-end close, financial reporting, tax accounting, audits, internal controls, intercompany transactions, M&A due diligence, cash management, and NetSuite administration. Supports equity research on publicly traded real estate securities and REITs by building financial models, valuations, projections, and databases. Analyzes earnings, financial statements, market news, economic forces, and conference calls; drafts research reports and sector updates; develops investment recommendations; and communicates with sales teams, company management, investors, and market contacts. Requires strong finance, valuation, analytical, research, writing, organization, and multitasking skills.

Sell research, data, analytics, news, and advisory products to business clients. Responsibilities include territory planning, outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, C-level engagement, consultative selling, quota attainment, forecasting, CRM tracking, and acquiring new customers. The role requires full-cycle B2B sales experience and is hybrid, with three days per week in the London office.

Manage and support Azure and AWS cloud environments, architect scalable infrastructure, automate deployments and provisioning, monitor application stacks, troubleshoot platform alerts, enforce security and reliability practices, and coordinate cloud migrations. The role partners with development, data, and QA teams to improve DevOps processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, modernize applications, and design disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.
