Own the vision and strategy for Funding Circle’s multi-product customer experience. Lead Product Managers, develop cross-product customer journeys and capabilities, and partner with Engineering, Design, and business leadership to deliver customer and business outcomes. The role requires extensive product management experience, team leadership, strong collaboration skills, and AI-native product development experience. Fintech, lending, customer experience transformation, and consumer and SME exposure are advantageous.

Manage inbound small-business loan applications through the sales process, building customer relationships by phone and email, explaining Funding Circle’s lending proposition, converting leads into accepted loans, managing a high-volume pipeline, meeting monthly targets, resolving issues, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Lead the operating model for Product, Engineering, and Design, establishing leadership rituals, product reviews, calibration sessions, release gates, and continuous improvement practices. Embed AI-driven tools and automated workflows into the product development lifecycle, coordinate regulatory and compliance checks, and hold senior leaders accountable for improving how teams build and ship products.

Lead and scale the FlexiPay sales team through performance management, coaching, funnel analytics, conversion optimization, and continuous improvement. Manage daily floor performance, conduct live coaching, develop team strategies, improve workflows with generative AI and sales tools, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, monitor CRM insights, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.

Manage marketing audience logic, segmentation, workflows, and operational processes across tools including Segment, Amplitude, and Iterable. Improve campaign processes, operational standards, reliability, documentation, and risk controls while collaborating with developers, analysts, data product owners, and channel marketers. The role supports data-driven customer communications and introduces new technologies, including generative and agentic AI, into marketing operations.

Manage marketing technology platforms and operations, partnering with engineering on solution design and implementations. Roll out platform features, enable self-service campaign users, automate workflows with agentic AI, build low-code data pipelines, and maintain platform reliability, documentation, and controls. The role requires enterprise marketing systems administration, data integration knowledge, spreadsheet expertise, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JavaScript or Python, big-data tools, and regulated industries.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for SME lending, from outbound prospect engagement through loan issuance and repeat funding. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, understand business goals, structure financial solutions, pitch against competitors, maintain long-term borrower relationships, exceed monthly targets, and mentor junior colleagues. This phone-driven role is based in London with three office days per week.

Lead data modelling strategy and standards, design and implement data models (star schemas), build scalable transformations using SQL, dbt, Python/PySpark, mentor engineers, co-own backlog, and translate business needs into technical solutions including custom AI and automation.

Own and develop data products that improve Funding Circle’s data maturity and enable data-driven decision-making. Manage and coach an outbound sales team to meet individual and team targets. Set and track goals, run 1:1s, KPI reviews, call shadowing, and performance management. Drive continuous improvement, champion best practices and internal controls, report on team performance, and use approved AI tools to boost productivity.
