Lead daily complaints operations and manage a team of five complaints officers. Responsibilities include capacity planning, coaching, quality reviews, complex complaint escalations, FCA DISP and FOS-compliant decisions, risk management, process improvement, stakeholder reporting, complaint trend analysis, and responsible use of generative AI.

Develop, optimize, deploy, and monitor statistical and machine learning models for commercial lending products. Analyze alternative data sources, experiment with model optimization frameworks, identify risks, and communicate technical findings as commercial insights. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders while using Python, SQL, and AI techniques to solve complex business problems and improve borrower products.

Manage and optimise paid Meta Social campaigns and organic social content across LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Own creative briefs, content calendars, agency coordination, and video and static ad production. Plan A/B tests, analyse conversion and CPA performance, manage spend, report KPIs, and apply insights across campaigns. Support coordination with Paid Search, Display, and YouTube while using AI tools to improve content ideation, workflows, and analysis.

Manage a portfolio of vulnerable customers through collections and debt recovery. Responsibilities include arranging affordable payment plans, explaining balances clearly, signposting customers to support services, communicating by phone and email, and handling sensitive conversations involving mental health or suicidal ideation. The role requires balancing commercial needs with customer wellbeing, maintaining compliance and quality under pressure, and safely using approved generative AI tools to improve productivity.

Supports supplier acquisition and ongoing supplier management, including due diligence, risk assessments, contract renewals, procurement requests, reporting, supplier records, tenders, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains accurate procurement and contract data, monitors the procurement helpdesk and inbox, follows up with internal teams and suppliers, and contributes to improving procurement processes.

Lead development and scaling of Funding Circle's React Native mobile app for iOS and Android. Implement business functionality, maintain build/release pipelines, write automated tests, QA features, participate in code reviews, mentor teammates, and collaborate within agile cross-functional teams to deliver excellent user experiences.

Lead and execute technology and integrated internal audits across cloud platforms, SDLC, operations and cyber controls. Scope risks, design and run test strategies (including data analytics), document findings, report to senior stakeholders, and drive remediation and closure while partnering with IA, risk and co-source partners.

Lead technical design and strategy for core internal platforms, drive adoption and roadmap, apply Generative AI to improve engineering processes, mentor engineers, troubleshoot and deliver scalable platform solutions while influencing stakeholders across the business.

Manage and coach an outbound sales team to meet individual and team targets. Set and track goals, run 1:1s, KPI reviews, call shadowing, and performance management. Drive continuous improvement, champion best practices and internal controls, report on team performance, and use approved AI tools to boost productivity.
