Build and operate cloud-based infrastructure and tooling to host, deploy, monitor and govern ML and GenAI models and AI agents. Standardise AI development workflows, integrate third-party AI tools, embed Responsible AI practices, and partner with Product, Data Science, Security and Legal to scale AI across the business.

Manage and coach an outbound sales team to meet individual and team targets. Set and track goals, run 1:1s, KPI reviews, call shadowing, and performance management. Drive continuous improvement, champion best practices and internal controls, report on team performance, and use approved AI tools to boost productivity.

Lead Cloud Platform and Enterprise Services engineering teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient cloud infrastructure, SRE and incident response, and automated identity and IT services (Okta, IAM, SaaS). Set technical direction, hire and develop managers, track operational metrics (availability, MTTR, change failure rate, identity hygiene), and act as senior escalation for major incidents.
