Develop, implement and monitor statistical and machine learning models for commercial lending. Optimize and experiment with model frameworks, source alternative data, present insights to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and apply AI/advanced prompting to automate workflows and drive value.

Build and maintain performant, tested dbt models; translate business logic into programmatic Data Quality rules; collaborate with analysts and data scientists; champion data testing best practices; investigate and resolve data quality issues and perform root cause analysis with stakeholders.

Lead data modelling strategy and standards, design and implement data models (star schemas), build scalable transformations using SQL, dbt, Python/PySpark, mentor engineers, co-own backlog, and translate business needs into technical solutions including custom AI and automation.
