Lead and scale the FlexiPay sales team through performance management, coaching, funnel analytics, conversion optimization, and continuous improvement. Manage daily floor performance, conduct live coaching, develop team strategies, improve workflows with generative AI and sales tools, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, monitor CRM insights, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.

Monitor and optimize credit strategies through loss forecasting, segmentation analysis, portfolio analytics, and ad hoc risk analysis. Translate data into actionable recommendations, collaborate with Engineering and Operations, support lending strategy changes, redesign workflows, and identify AI opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Lead and develop a data platform engineering team while overseeing delivery of a Snowflake-based platform migration. Own team health, recruitment, performance management, backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, stakeholder alignment, and platform KPIs. Champion self-service internal tooling, reliability, scalability, and developer experience. Mentor engineers and help employees build safe, maintainable AI solutions and automated systems.
