The role ⚡

📍 London (Hybrid) | 🤝 3 days in the office | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits

Bringing together our RevOps & AI automations team, you will be improving capabilities for all of the customer facing teams. You’ll work across a mix of AI and traditional GTM tools to help our sales teams work faster and more effectively than ever before.

  • Own the KPI suite, the dashboards and the weekly performance reporting for Sales, Service and Collections. Set the analytics standard across the customer-facing teams, and ensure that every metric earns its place and drives business outcomes.

  • Own the RevOps build roadmap and act as both product manager and builder on it: AI-assisted quality assurance and coaching tooling, call transcription and conversational intelligence on Amazon Connect Contact Lens, and the automations that take manual work off managers.

  • With your unique perspective across the customer-facing teams, you will identify and prioritise initiatives for the team that drive real business value.

  • Identify and execute operational efficiency gains across sales and contact-centre processes.

  • Drive team adoption of tools and best practices to directly increase conversion and productivity.

  • Act on customer insight and drive improvements to customer journeys across the teams. This isn't just producing the reports, you will own the next action and the outcome.

  • Lead a high-performing RevOps team while scaling the function into strategic new focus areas across the revenue engine.

What we’re looking for 🌱
  • A track record of unlocking actionable insights that drive revenue growth, with the ability to translate data into business strategy.

  • You know the technology and the shortest path to value. You are hands-on with the CRM (ideally Salesforce), reporting, data analytics and AI and you can point to real results.

  • You’ve worked closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive results. You understand what drives customer behaviour and how to get the most out of the sales funnel.

  • You’ve built with and on top of AI, producing systems that drive real business outcomes.

  • You’ve got experience getting frontline teams to change how they work, and making it stick.

  • You can own and prioritise your own roadmap alongside business-critical change, with a small team and a broad remit.

  • You’ve demonstrated the ability to manage multiple high-level stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to get the best from a small, expert team.

We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong. Even if your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you.

Why join us? 💜

We back you to build an incredible career and by joining us, you'll be part of one of The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2026! As a flexible-first employer, we use a "best of both" approach. We’ll see you in our London office to collaborate – with barista coffee and subsidised Just Eat lunches on us!

Our Circler Proposition focuses on five areas:

  • Flexibility: We provide a benefit allowance you can tailor to your own life and family.

  • Health: This includes private medical and dental, health assessments, and access to a digital GP.

  • Wealth: We offer life assurance, share schemes, and financial coaching.

  • Development: You get a dedicated annual learning allowance to help you level up.

  • Lifestyle: We have electric car and cycle-to-work schemes, plus season ticket loans.

We also have award-winning parental leave policies. We're here to support you through the big life moments, from fertility treatments to new additions to the family.
