🐦 About Birdie

At Birdie, we’re reimagining care for older adults. We’re building the technology that powers the future of home healthcare, empowering care teams with tools to deliver better, more dignified care, and enabling older people to thrive in their own homes for longer. Our all-in-one solution powers millions of care visits every month, equipping care providers with the tools they need to deliver exceptional, efficient care.

We’re not here to tinker at the edges. We’re here to radically transform a broken system.

That’s why we’ve built an all-in-one platform that supported over 60 million care visits and enabled care for 116,000 individuals in 2025, and we continue to grow our impact. We’re scaling fast, but staying true to our purpose. That’s why we’re proud to be a B Corp, using business as a force for good.

Founded in 2017, Birdie is backed by world-class investors like Index Ventures, Sofina and Omers. In 2023, we ranked #6 in the Deloitte Fast 50, making us one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK. You can check out more about our impact and recognition here.

But speed isn’t the point. Impact is.

⚡️ Your mission

Your mission is to redesign how Birdie’s commercial teams work. You’ll use AI to give our sales, customer success and SDR teams more leverage, so more care providers choose Birdie, stay with us and grow with us. You’ll work alongside our co-founder and CRO to shape commercial strategy, and lead the team that turns it into processes, systems and insight. We are explicitly open to a range of candidates for this role - those who've already done a similar role, and those for whom it'd be a step up. The salary range reflects this and we'll discuss your experience and salary expectations with you during interviews.

🦸‍♀️ How you will contribute

  • Lead the AI transformation of our go-to-market teams. Find where frontline time goes, redesign workflows around AI and agents, and prove the productivity gain.

  • Shape commercial strategy with our CRO, including segmentation, go-to-market approach, pricing and packaging.

  • Set targets, quotas, capacity plans and compensation plans that reward the right behaviour across marketing, sales and customer success.

  • Own commercial operations through your team: processes across the full customer lifecycle, the commercial tech stack, data quality, and the insight leaders use to decide.

  • Run the commercial operating rhythm, including forecasting, performance reviews, planning and OKRs.

  • Lead cross-functional commercial projects, and bring the analysis behind leadership and board decisions.

  • Lead and grow a small team of revenue operations and data specialists.

🤩 You’ll thrive here if...

  • You’ve redesigned how commercial teams work using AI or automation, and can show the productivity gains it delivered.

  • You’ve owned pricing, segmentation or compensation decisions in a B2B SaaS business, and can make the case to senior leaders.

  • You’re technical enough to direct and challenge systems and data work, without needing to do it all yourself.

  • You turn data into clear recommendations, and you change minds with evidence, including when people disagree.

  • You care more about outcomes than process, and you like working at pace.

  • You want your work to improve how older people are cared for.

🧠 Imposter syndrome is real - and we don’t expect you to tick every box. If you're excited about our mission and think you could make a difference here, we want to hear from you.
