The Business Development Representative will engage new clients for a SaaS accounting solution, focusing on finance titles, through various sales activities, while striving to meet targets and document interactions.

The Solutions Consultant engages with clients to understand integration needs, collaborates with sales and product teams, and demonstrates integration capabilities to secure customer buy-in.

Join FloQast as a Business Development Representative to leverage your audit/accounting experience, engage clients, and meet sales targets.

Own product strategy and execution for FloQast's SAP integration. Design end-to-end connectivity and data mappings (ABAP, oData, BTP), translate SAP FI-CO processes into product requirements, partner with Engineering and customers, support deployments across SAP environments, and drive adoption and GTM messaging to expand FloQast usage in SAP-run accounting teams.

Manage a book of existing SaaS clients to drive renewals, expansions, and upsells. Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams; maintain forecasts and CRM data; meet monthly and quarterly targets; research accounts, build relationships, and report sales activity.

Customer-facing pre-sales role partnering with sales to demonstrate and sell FloQast integrations (APIs, SFTP, SSO, ERP, cloud storage). Advise IT stakeholders, deliver proofs-of-concept, provide integration guidance, update technical docs, and relay feedback to product/engineering to close late-stage deals.

Lead deployment of FloQast Transform AI Agents for corporate accounting teams: configure, test, and document automations; deliver training, workshops, and coaching; troubleshoot and escalate issues; collaborate with partners; gather product feedback; and travel to customer sites (up to 50%).

The BDR will develop prospecting lists, engage potential clients, and meet sales activity targets while documenting activities. Fluency in German and English is required.
