Drive new business and expand strategic accounts across the UK and Europe, particularly France, London Market, specialty insurance, and reinsurance. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, manage Salesforce pipeline forecasting, build C-level relationships, develop account strategies, coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, and connect Duck Creek software and services to customer priorities. French and English fluency are essential. The role is hybrid in London with travel up to 50%.

Leads strategic enterprise sales growth for reinsurance and specialty insurance customers. Responsibilities include developing accounts, managing complex sales cycles, coordinating deal teams and partners, forecasting pipeline and bookings in Salesforce, engaging C-level stakeholders, and coaching Sales Directors. The role requires deep reinsurance or London Market expertise, strong consultative selling skills, and experience closing significant software and technology transactions.

Manage a portfolio of medium and large SaaS customer accounts throughout implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with customers and system integration partners, lead governance meetings, monitor customer health and risks, coordinate issue resolution, and drive product adoption and revenue retention. Develop success plans, facilitate executive communications, gather feedback, support referenceability, and mentor junior customer success managers while collaborating across internal teams.
