Leads detailed technology business analysis for platform services, translating business priorities into technical requirements, data mappings, interface specifications, workflows, acceptance criteria, and test coverage. Partners across product, engineering, architecture, quality, data, and operations through implementation and production support. Manages and develops Business Analysts, assigns work, reviews deliverables, establishes standards, and drives quality, governance, and continuous improvement.

Provide day-to-day operational support for cloud security and compliance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Monitor security controls, investigate vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, coordinate remediation, manage CSPM and CNAPP tooling, implement security baselines, develop automation, maintain documentation and runbooks, and participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Leads consulting business development and client growth within the capital markets post-trade sector. Lead business analysis for operational readiness and client-impacting technical change initiatives. Plan and manage analysis, coordinate data acquisition/validation, develop client tracking, gather/translate requirements, document processes, run UAT, maintain JIRA, escalate risks, and improve BA practices to support successful delivery.

Lead governance of Change & Release Management across the IAM portfolio, coordinating planning, approvals, deployments, CAB presentations, vendor coordination, compliance/audit evidence, and KPIs to ensure low-risk, auditable production releases.

Build and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites for IAM platforms (PAM, Vault, PKI, Active Directory). Integrate tests into CI/CD, perform API testing, validate IAM workflows, create smoke/health checks, analyze failures, support release readiness, and maintain audit/compliance evidence.

Serve as the bridge between Billing/Finance and Technology to analyze, document, and implement ORMB pricing and billing configurations. Own functional design, support file-based interfaces and batch processes, validate billing flows and reconciliations, execute testing/regression/UAT, and coordinate release readiness and issue resolution.

Lead design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise Appian workflow and case-management applications. Build integrations (REST/SOAP), enforce engineering best practices, support CI/CD and production deployments, tune performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and incorporate risk controls.
