Partner with product, tech, and business teams to deliver predictive risk insights, optimize controls and testing, manage incident root-cause analysis, oversee issue remediation, produce analytics-based risk reporting for senior leadership, and drive governance, training and digital enablement to strengthen risk culture and automation.

Lead project management activities for complex initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while managing risks and change adoption.

Manage day-to-day website operations and coordinate cross-functional updates. Design and support AI-powered agents, run A/B tests and personalization experiments, analyze web and channel performance, build dashboards, support audience segmentation, and translate insights into recommendations for marketing, UX, and technology teams.
