Lead business analysis for operational readiness and client-impacting technical change initiatives. Plan and manage analysis, coordinate data acquisition/validation, develop client tracking, gather/translate requirements, document processes, run UAT, maintain JIRA, escalate risks, and improve BA practices to support successful delivery.

Lead complex business analysis across cross-functional, client-impacting initiatives; own requirements analysis, data validation and client tracking; conduct operational impact assessments, design end-to-end processes, define UAT approach, influence senior stakeholders, line-manage and develop BA capability and standards.
