Lead DTCC’s data science and AI strategy, research emerging technologies, and develop enterprise-scale prototypes involving machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems. Manage and mentor data scientists, oversee project delivery and MLOps, establish data governance and modeling standards, collaborate with product and engineering leaders, and measure business impact through KPIs.

Supports the design and development of client and internal learning solutions. Creates storyboards, scripts, simulations, assessments, and other training materials using instructional design standards. Collaborates with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to validate content, tracks project deliverables, reviews learning data, and supports risk and control processes. The role develops instructional design, curriculum development, and learning technology expertise.

Develops governed business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, semantic models, reports, and data visualizations, to support executive decision-making. Partners with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate needs into analytical experiences. Mines data for trends, applies statistical analysis, supports AI-enabled analytics, and maintains consistent metric definitions. The role also emphasizes governance, risk management, controls, stakeholder communication, and user-friendly data products.
