Supports daily operations for equity derivatives, cash equity, futures, options, and OTC transactions. Responsibilities include trade validation, reconciliations, corporate actions, lifecycle processing, static data setup, stakeholder communication, issue analysis, controls, system enhancements, and new product approvals. The role collaborates with front, middle, and back offices, clients, counterparties, Finance, Risk, Audit, and Product Control, while guiding junior staff on complex workflows.

Oversee end-to-end equity derivatives operations and trade support across Delta One, Prime Services, Equity Finance, Exotic and Flow Trading, and listed products. Lead reconciliations, exception management, trade capture, break investigations, process improvements, system enhancements, and new product approvals. Coordinate with front, middle, and back offices, clients, prime brokers, Finance, Risk, Audit, and Product Control while guiding junior staff and ensuring accurate operational procedures and daily deliverables.

Provides reception and front-of-house support, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing meeting rooms, coordinating internal events, handling deliveries and mail, booking couriers, supporting facilities tasks, and ordering office supplies.
