Provides operational and settlement support for equity trades, including client allocations, end-of-day processing, GDR conversions, trade reconciliations, stock and cash position checks, static data distribution, placements, settlement issue resolution, and coordination with sales traders, offices, agents, and clients.

Provides L1/L2 production support for OMS/EMS trading applications across equities, swaps, and futures and options desks. Monitors application health, connectivity, and order flow; troubleshoots issues with traders, clients, brokers, exchanges, vendors, and infrastructure teams; supports FIX certification and connectivity onboarding; manages incidents, root-cause analysis, documentation, automation, and global follow-the-sun support across Asia, Europe, and the US.

The Support Analyst will manage FIX connectivity requests, support trading operations desks, perform FIX testing and certifications, and maintain network relationships, requiring strong FIX technology proficiency and experience in a broker/dealer environment.
