Manage Voice of Customer feedback, triage recurring issues, maintain prioritized backlogs, and coordinate cross-functional resolution. Track work in JIRA, support release readiness and testing, and deliver training to global client configuration and success teams to drive scalable, high-quality client outcomes.

Leads Circana’s EMEA Agent-to-Agent strategy, translating client and market needs into business and technical requirements for product and engineering roadmaps. Drives regional enablement, demos, client engagements, sales-cycle communication, and adoption of A2A capabilities. Partners with AI, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and client leadership teams on prioritization, governance, security, and data-access requirements. Represents Circana in the AI agent ecosystem and communicates complex technical architecture in clear business terms.

Support the Supply Chain Knowledge Centre by translating supply chain data into scalable knowledge, value-driven storytelling, and roadmaps. Drive solution adoption and commercial impact, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and use quantitative data to demonstrate measurable client outcomes while fostering continuous learning and innovation.
