Leads end-to-end domestic and international logistics across company and third-party warehouses. Manages logistics teams, courier and freight partners, export compliance, customs documentation, shipment performance, reporting, and cost optimization. Develops scalable processes and data integrations with warehouses and ERP systems, supports audits, and collaborates with sales, finance, operations, and customer teams to improve fulfilment and service quality.

Provides administrative support for public and private sector bids and tenders. Responsibilities include managing the tenders inbox, monitoring procurement portals, recording opportunities in the CRM, downloading and uploading documents, completing questionnaires, maintaining bid libraries and company certifications, formatting and proofreading documents, coordinating meetings, and supporting bid submissions. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and the ability to learn new systems.

Own and oversee Microsoft agreements, renewals and order submissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Provide senior-level operational support, resolve complex licensing queries, maintain records, run quality checks, liaise with finance, deliver training, update documentation, and identify process improvements to support multi-million-pound Microsoft licensing agreements.

Grow boxxe’s Dell business by identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, shaping deals from discovery to close, and supporting revenue growth. The role partners with Account Managers, Dell representatives, Pre-Sales, Services, Bid, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include deal strategy, competitive positioning, pricing, proposals, tenders, pipeline and forecast management, CRM upkeep, and exceeding sales targets.

Lead and scale the engineering organization, defining strategy, technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and delivery practices. Partner with Product and executive stakeholders to align technology with business priorities. Develop engineering leaders, improve organizational capability, and drive cloud, platform, DevOps, automation, AI, security, scalability, resilience, observability, and operational excellence initiatives while balancing investment, technical debt, customer value, and commercial goals.

Manage customer orders through the full lifecycle, maintaining accurate order data, resolving supplier or delivery issues, expediting overdue orders, coordinating with Sales/Purchasing/Logistics/Finance, and identifying process improvements to ensure timely fulfilment and excellent customer experience.

Sell end-to-end IT solutions to corporate clients, owning full sales cycle from lead generation to close. Build executive relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell, meet revenue targets, run workshops and proposals, collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams, maintain forecasts and pipeline, support tenders and procurement, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
