As a Configuration Engineer, you will configure, build, and stage IT devices while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met for customer requirements.

Support Legal Counsel by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts and templates; maintain contract repository and governance; assist public sector tenders; provide practical legal guidance to stakeholders; manage contract lifecycle and external counsel, and drive process improvements.

Oversee IT service queues to prioritise, allocate and resolve incidents and requests per ITIL practices. Manage backlogs, escalations, queue governance, reporting and continual service improvement to meet SLAs and improve ticket quality.
