Senior technical leader for the Cloud & Infrastructure practice who shapes solution strategy, guides technology choices, supports Professional and Managed Services, builds service offerings, mentors teams, standardises operating procedures and documentation, and oversees demo/training lab environments and vendor/customer relationships.

Manage customer orders through the full lifecycle, maintaining accurate order data, resolving supplier or delivery issues, expediting overdue orders, coordinating with Sales/Purchasing/Logistics/Finance, and identifying process improvements to ensure timely fulfilment and excellent customer experience.

Sell end-to-end IT solutions to corporate clients, owning full sales cycle from lead generation to close. Build executive relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell, meet revenue targets, run workshops and proposals, collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams, maintain forecasts and pipeline, support tenders and procurement, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
