Develop demand for BlackLine’s finance automation platform by qualifying inbound leads, prospecting outbound into target accounts, scheduling meetings, handling software questions, and aligning prospect needs with solutions. The role manages pipeline data and forecasting in Salesforce and Outreach, meets activity and qualification targets, supports marketing campaigns, handles objections, and communicates with finance leaders and C-suite executives. Fluency in German and English is required for DACH-region prospects.

Manages enterprise BlackLine implementation engagements from presales through delivery. Responsibilities include developing delivery strategies, project plans, budgets, resource requirements, and success criteria; leading cross-functional teams; managing scope, timelines, risks, financials, stakeholders, customers, and partners; resolving escalations; and identifying upsell opportunities.

Lead and manage end-to-end BlackLine implementations by building client relationships, defining success criteria, creating project plans, managing scope/timeline/budget, mitigating risk, coordinating stakeholders and partners, tracking financials, and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure successful enterprise deployments.

Lead pre-sales technical and solution strategy for BlackLine's Intercompany platform. Qualify customer needs, run technical discovery (ERP, data governance, compliance), design solution architectures and demos, advise executives on automation and financial transformation, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth pre- to post-sale transitions.
