Supports European HR operations as a shared-services advisor and primary contact for employee queries. Manages HR cases, records, documentation, onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, payroll support, and new-hire orientation. Partners with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners, maintains SOPs, improves processes, and supports HR projects. Requires European and APJ HR operations experience, employment law knowledge, employee data management skills, and Workday or SuccessFactors proficiency.

Responsible for assessing company-wide development needs, designing and arranging learning solutions, and supporting employee training and professional growth. The role facilitates learning and organizational change, partners strategically with the business, researches development opportunities, and manages multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Develop demand for BlackLine’s finance automation platform by qualifying inbound leads, prospecting outbound into target accounts, scheduling meetings, handling software questions, and aligning prospect needs with solutions. The role manages pipeline data and forecasting in Salesforce and Outreach, meets activity and qualification targets, supports marketing campaigns, handles objections, and communicates with finance leaders and C-suite executives. Fluency in German and English is required for DACH-region prospects.

Manages enterprise BlackLine implementation engagements from presales through delivery. Responsibilities include developing delivery strategies, project plans, budgets, resource requirements, and success criteria; leading cross-functional teams; managing scope, timelines, risks, financials, stakeholders, customers, and partners; resolving escalations; and identifying upsell opportunities.

Lead and manage end-to-end BlackLine implementations by building client relationships, defining success criteria, creating project plans, managing scope/timeline/budget, mitigating risk, coordinating stakeholders and partners, tracking financials, and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure successful enterprise deployments.
