Provide day-to-day employment law advice across the UK, EU and Middle East for a high-growth SaaS business. Support HR and Go-To-Market leaders on hiring, performance, disputes, drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenants, compensation issues, and oversee external local counsel and litigation. Monitor legal developments, remediate compliance gaps, and deliver training to HR and management.

Own territory planning and new enterprise account acquisition ($1-10B ARR) across UKI. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using structured methodologies, sell BlackLine's platform to CFO/IT buyers, orchestrate virtual teams and partners, build predictable pipeline and consistently hit quota, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce while communicating effectively with executive stakeholders.

Own a portfolio of mid-market customers, deepen consultative relationships, drive expansion and strategic deal cycles, align client roadmaps with business goals, mentor team members, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize customer value from BlackLine.

Lead and manage end-to-end BlackLine implementations by building client relationships, defining success criteria, creating project plans, managing scope/timeline/budget, mitigating risk, coordinating stakeholders and partners, tracking financials, and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure successful enterprise deployments.

Own global strategy and executive relationships for 8-10 Mega Enterprise accounts, drive multi-year platform adoption and large-scale expansions ($500k-$1M+), lead cross-functional internal teams and external consultants, develop multi-year account plans and executive forums, and navigate complex international account structures.

Qualify inbound marketing leads and generate new meetings through outbound prospecting. Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and Outreach, handle product questions, meet weekly/monthly metrics, collaborate with marketing, and engage C-suite and finance/accounting prospects while participating in training and company initiatives.

Lead pre-sales technical and solution strategy for BlackLine's Intercompany platform. Qualify customer needs, run technical discovery (ERP, data governance, compliance), design solution architectures and demos, advise executives on automation and financial transformation, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth pre- to post-sale transitions.
