Lead a hybrid inbound and outbound BDR team across European markets. Own territory planning, account allocation, hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, forecasting, pipeline generation, and collaboration with AEs, sales leaders, RevOps, and marketing. Improve strategic outbound execution, promote effective use of AI and sales technology, establish succession pathways, and drive progression into AE and leadership roles.

Implements accounting software for new and existing mid-market clients. Consults with clients on business needs and best practices, configures software accordingly, and provides exceptional customer service. The role involves client-facing implementation and consulting within a finance automation technology environment.

Manages post-sales customer success for BlackLine customers, driving product adoption, retention, customer health, and satisfaction. Provides coaching, business reviews, success planning, and finance transformation guidance while building trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors. Leads customer events, mentors newer customer success managers, and aligns BlackLine solutions with customers’ strategic objectives.
