Responsible for assessing company-wide development needs, designing and arranging learning solutions, and supporting employee training and professional growth. The role facilitates learning and organizational change, partners strategically with the business, researches development opportunities, and manages multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Manages enterprise BlackLine implementation engagements from presales through delivery. Responsibilities include developing delivery strategies, project plans, budgets, resource requirements, and success criteria; leading cross-functional teams; managing scope, timelines, risks, financials, stakeholders, customers, and partners; resolving escalations; and identifying upsell opportunities.

Provide day-to-day employment law advice across the UK, EU and Middle East for a high-growth SaaS business. Support HR and Go-To-Market leaders on hiring, performance, disputes, drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenants, compensation issues, and oversee external local counsel and litigation. Monitor legal developments, remediate compliance gaps, and deliver training to HR and management.
