This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive growth initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable learning solutions for employees. The TD Manager is a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills, has excellent research skills, and an ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
