Develops and manages construction programmes for major build projects using ASTA Powerproject. Responsibilities include baseline and recovery scheduling, progress reporting, critical path analysis, risk mitigation, tender planning, change control, and extension-of-time assessments under NEC contracts. The role collaborates with project, commercial, design, and site teams, ensuring programmes meet contractual milestones and reporting obligations.

Lead stakeholder engagement strategies and programmes for major infrastructure, transport, energy, and nuclear projects. Manage relationships with authorities, regulators, communities, landowners, and clients; oversee consultations, workshops, engagement reporting, stakeholder risk, and consent processes. Advise senior project teams, support bids and business development, transfer engagement best practices into nuclear programmes, and mentor junior consultants.

Conduct ecological and protected species surveys, assessments, impact evaluations, technical reporting, mitigation planning, and construction monitoring across infrastructure and development projects. Support EIAs, HRAs, Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, licensing, ecological incident investigations, client engagement, site briefings, and multidisciplinary project delivery while developing consultancy expertise.

Leads ecological surveys, assessments, protected-species mitigation, technical reporting, and ecological compliance across infrastructure and development projects. Provides client-facing technical leadership, mentors ecologists, manages resources and budgets, supports tenders and business growth, and advises multidisciplinary teams, regulators, and site personnel. The role also oversees construction ecology, biodiversity net gain, environmental assessments, licensing, incident response, quality assurance, and legislative compliance.

Support delivery effectiveness initiatives across a major nuclear infrastructure programme. Responsibilities include improving project performance, facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, analysing programme data, recommending improvements, supporting adoption of new tools and governance, and embedding change and continuous improvement practices across projects and workstreams.

The Senior EC&I Engineer will lead engineering activities in Defence work packages, focusing on developing EC&I and control system designs, ensuring compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness, while supporting junior engineers and managing stakeholder relations.

Lead the development and deployment of PLM solutions for nuclear infrastructure projects, coordinating teams and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective delivery.

Act as technical authority and Intelligent Customer, challenge assumptions, assure supply-chain outputs, engage stakeholders and regulators, and provide authoritative technical advice to ensure robust, proportionate, and defensible safety outcomes.
