Develops and maintains detailed mechanical and electrical construction programmes across design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. Monitors progress, critical paths, risks, dependencies, and programme changes; prepares reports, recovery plans, and mitigation strategies. Coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, design teams, and construction stakeholders while integrating M&E activities with the wider project programme. Supports delay analysis, extension-of-time activities, change management, and accurate programme recordkeeping.

Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for major infrastructure and defence projects. Responsibilities include model federation, clash detection, coordination reviews, BIM quality assurance, reporting, stakeholder workshops, interface management, CDE information management, and continuous improvement of BIM standards and workflows. The role also supports BIM deliverable compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans, Asset Information Requirements, and ISO 19650.

Lead strategic account development and business growth across energy, transport, water, utilities, and infrastructure markets. Build senior client relationships, create account and market coverage plans, generate and progress sales opportunities, maintain CRM and sales reporting, develop win strategies, and support bids and proposals. Collaborate with operational leaders, subject matter experts, Procurement, Marketing, and Communications to align client needs with delivery capabilities and secure sustainable growth.
