Lead highways consenting for major London infrastructure, focusing on HS2 activities. Coordinate Schedule 4 and 33 approvals, liaise with TfL, boroughs, National Highways and utilities, manage submissions, trackers and compliance, review traffic management, identify and mitigate consenting risks, and support condition discharge, audits and assurance throughout design and delivery.

Lead development and maintenance of integrated rail project programmes using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Monitor progress, perform critical path and earned value analysis, identify risks and recovery strategies, produce reports, support change management, review subcontractor programmes, mentor junior planners, and ensure compliance with client standards and railway governance throughout tender to close-out phases.

Plan and execute risk‑based IMS audits for a nuclear major project, assess effectiveness of IMS arrangements, produce clear audit reports, verify action closure, identify trends and systemic weaknesses, support certification and continual improvement while maintaining auditor independence.
