Develop and maintain integrated, resource- and cost-loaded schedules for complex defence programmes. Analyze critical paths, dependencies, milestones, risks, and schedule performance; support EVM, change control, assurance reviews, bids, and governance reporting. Collaborate with project, engineering, commercial, supply chain, and risk teams while ensuring compliance with contractual and defence planning standards. Mentor junior planners and improve planning processes.

The Senior EC&I Engineer will lead engineering activities in Defence work packages, focusing on developing EC&I and control system designs, ensuring compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness, while supporting junior engineers and managing stakeholder relations.

Lead strategic account development and business growth across energy, transport, water, utilities, and infrastructure markets. Build senior client relationships, create account and market coverage plans, generate and progress sales opportunities, maintain CRM and sales reporting, develop win strategies, and support bids and proposals. Collaborate with operational leaders, subject matter experts, Procurement, Marketing, and Communications to align client needs with delivery capabilities and secure sustainable growth.
