Partners with senior leaders to deliver people plans, manage employee relations, support organisational change and workforce planning, and use people data to improve outcomes. Advises on UK employment law, influences stakeholders in a complex matrixed organisation, contributes to policy and process improvement, and adopts AI-enabled ways of working. The role is hybrid in London with regular travel to other Assystem sites.

Leads counterfeit, fraudulent, and suspect item activities across a nuclear infrastructure programme and its supply chain. Manages and develops Quality Engineers, conducts supplier assessments, audits, inspections, and surveillance, and delivers CFSI training. Analyzes supplier quality performance, maintains governance records, identifies risks, and implements mitigation measures. Collaborates with engineering, supply chain, project delivery, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure nuclear standards compliance and continuous improvement. Fluency in English and French is required.

Develops and manages construction programmes for major build projects using ASTA Powerproject. Responsibilities include baseline and recovery scheduling, progress reporting, critical path analysis, risk mitigation, tender planning, change control, and extension-of-time assessments under NEC contracts. The role collaborates with project, commercial, design, and site teams, ensuring programmes meet contractual milestones and reporting obligations.
