Lead local deployment of the global ERP change roadmap for the UK: stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, sponsorship activation, user network management, training and readiness, go-live support, and post-go-live hypercare to secure adoption.

Lead collaboration between two UK nuclear infrastructure programmes to share knowledge, data and best practices. Support implementation of the Collaboration Agreement, manage collaboration activities, KPIs, governance and reporting, capture lessons learned, drive continuous improvement and identify efficiency opportunities to deliver measurable value across both programmes.
