Define requirements, install, test, accept and commission automated machines for aircraft wing manufacture. Deliver improvements, manage CapEx projects, provide automation support, problem-solve, analyse machine data and act as technical focal point for automation systems.

Operate CNC and manual machines to precision-machine aircraft components to engineering drawings, inspect finished parts for accuracy and aerospace compliance, and maintain quality to strict tolerances on night shift.

Lead the UK Reward Operations team (30 people) delivering payroll, time and personal administration for ~13,000 employees. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (UK payroll, tax, GDPR), drive transnational harmonization with global Reward standards, implement AI and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience, and lead major change and digitalisation projects across multiple Airbus UK businesses.
