Desk-based internal sales role managing a defined customer base: build relationships, handle enquiries, produce quotations, update CRM, support upselling and onboarding, coordinate with internal teams, support marketing campaigns, and provide account reporting.

Lead depot operations for safety, compliance, and profitability. Oversee operational planning, scheduling, tankering and environmental response, quotations, stakeholder management, P&L performance, team leadership, and continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and incident readiness.

Lead and develop a small contracts team to manage the full contract lifecycle: prepare, review, negotiate, and govern service contracts. Ensure contract compliance, mitigate commercial risk, maintain a central contract database, monitor performance and renewals, support sales and customer engagement, collaborate with legal/finance/procurement/operations, produce reports, oversee invoicing, and drive continuous improvement in contract processes.
