ERP Support Analyst

Leads OT security monitoring and triage operations, investigates suspicious activity across industrial networks, validates detections, and escalates findings to incident responders and threat hunters. Maintains the Dragos Platform for customers, including asset classification, vulnerability management, detection tuning, and hardening recommendations. Produces incident reports, mentors analysts, collaborates across cybersecurity teams, and develops expertise in ICS protocols, adversary tactics, and industrial threat intelligence. The role includes shift-based coverage and occasional weekend or on-call work.

Own Motive’s UK marketing strategy and execution, including integrated plans, inbound pipeline generation, product marketing localization, field marketing, events, sales support, customer advocacy, budget management, and performance reporting. Partner with UK Sales and global Marketing to adapt messaging, generate revenue, measure funnel performance, and represent UK customer needs. The role requires broad B2B marketing experience, strong cross-functional influence, analytical skills, and regular work from the London office.

Drive enterprise software sales through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Manage 7–10 customer accounts and 5–8 prospects, build executive relationships, execute territory plans, conduct demonstrations and events, develop account strategies, coordinate with sales engineering and internal teams, and expand Dynatrace adoption through upselling and cross-selling.
