Serve as a pre-sales Solutions Engineer for Atlassian’s Emerging Markets team, focusing on enterprise customers in Africa. Partner with sales teams and channel partners to discover business and technical needs, map challenges to Atlassian solutions, identify expansion opportunities, and lead customized value-based demonstrations. Build customer and sales partnerships, guide technical buying decisions, document product feedback and competitive intelligence, and continuously develop product and sales-process expertise.
