Keep it Simple: Help colleagues and guests navigate reception processes, meeting rooms and building requirements with clarity and care.

Better Together: Build strong relationships across Global while supporting events, projects and the wider Front of House team.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Built confidence in welcoming and assisting visitors, guests and VIPs.
  • Developed a strong understanding of reception, security and building processes across both sites.
  • Managed meeting-room bookings, visitor information and administrative tasks accurately.
  • Built effective working relationships with the Front of House, Workspace, Security, Facilities and Events teams.

What You’ll Need

  • Organisation and attention to detail: The ability to manage varied tasks, keep information accurate and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Communication skills: A confident telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels.
  • Administration skills: Experience providing administrative support, with confidence using office systems including Word and Excel. Experience using a Mac would be beneficial.
  • Initiative and teamwork: The ability to work independently when needed, while collaborating positively with colleagues across the business.
  • Adaptability: A calm, practical approach to resolving routine issues and responding to changing priorities.
