The purpose of Senior Sales Enablement Manager is to design and deliver strategic enablement programmes that elevate seller capability, embed modern/AI-first selling practices, and improve productivity to drive revenue growth. The role directly strengthens sales performance by closing capability gaps, accelerating pipeline generation, improving win rates, and ensuring alignment with GTM priorities and growth targets across the organisation. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services, Operations, IT, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging, seamless tool adoption, and high-impact training. Influences senior stakeholders and indirectly improves customer engagement through better-equipped sellers.

What success looks like

SLAs / Performance Indicators

  • Deliver all enablement programmes to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Respond to stakeholder requests within 2 business day.
  • Achieve 80%+ satisfaction with enablement content and sessions.

Financial / Business Targets

  • Measurable uplift in pipeline generation, qualification quality, and win rates linked to enablement initiatives.
  • Increased adoption of AI tools (e.g., Copilot), CRM, and MEDDPICC.
  • Improved seller productivity metrics (e.g., time-to-first-opp, training completion, engagement scores).

Strategic Projects / Initiatives

  • Execute the 2026 Enablement Roadmap aligned to GTM priorities.
  • Launch role-specific capability programmes (AM, AD, Solution Specialists).
  • Deliver AI-first selling framework across the sales organisation.

Key Deliverables

  • Playbooks, microlearning modules, scenario tools, and persona-based resources.
  • Data-driven dashboards showing enablement impact.
  • Development of Sales Managers to strengthen coaching and deal strategy support.

What you will do

Daily Tasks

  • Engage with stakeholders to diagnose training needs and prioritise work.
  • Build, refine, and publish enablement content.

Key Accountabilities

  • Delivery of the enablement roadmap.
  • Creation of scalable, consistent, high-impact programmes.
  • Embedding AI-first selling approaches.
  • Driving tool adoption and seller capability uplift.
  • Cross-functional alignment to maintain consistent GTM messaging.

What we expect of you

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or commercial operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver capability programmes at scale.
  • Experience using CRM, sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), and AI tools such as Copilot.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to link enablement to business outcomes.
  • Experience in a technology or solutions-led sales organisation.
  • Background in consultative selling or modern digital selling.
  • Exposure to vendor training negotiation and GTM alignment processes.
