We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role

The Web & SEO Manager is a strategic leader within the Growth Marketing team, responsible for the performance, quality, and evolution of dojo.tech. You’ll own the website as a core commercial product setting the strategic direction for global growth, organic search, and web conversion.

You will act as the primary guardian of our digital presence, ensuring every update is data-backed, high-quality, and aligned with company strategy. As the search landscape evolves toward AI-driven answers and LLM citations, you will ensure Dojo remains a trusted and frequently cited authority. By managing a small team including agency partners, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering, brand positioning, and commercial results.

What You Will Do

Website Strategy & Product Ownership

  • Strategic Roadmap: Define and maintain a rolling website roadmap aligned to commercial priorities, product launches, and brand positioning.
  • Gatekeeping & Quality: Act as the final approval point for all website briefs and initiatives, ensuring every update is data-backed, aligns with global brand guidelines, and meets technical constraints.
  • Technical Partnership: Lead site architecture decisions and shape the technical roadmap in close partnership with Product and Engineering to ensure the website is a robust, scalable product.
  • Workflow Design: Establish efficient briefing and production processes for all website requests, managing the intake workflow via tools like Asana or Jira to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Marketing Integration: Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Brand marketing and Creative Studio teams to ensure campaigns are effectively positioned on the site to drive conversion and awareness.

Organic Growth & Conversion

  • Future-Facing Search & AI Discovery: Build and execute a search strategy spanning technical SEO, AEO, and GEO. Position dojo.tech as a frequently cited source for LLM-powered surfaces, partnering with Creative Studio to develop authoritative content
  • CRO Programme: Own the conversion rate optimisation programme across the site, from hypothesis generation and A/B testing to translating learnings into permanent, scalable wins.
  • Site Health: Oversee site health monitoring, including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexation, ensuring zero loss of organic equity during migrations or structural changes.
  • Measurement: Define the measurement framework for web performance, tracking organic traffic, keyword rankings, LLM citation share, and assisted pipeline attribution.

What You Will Bring

  • Growth Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in driving digital growth ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplace environments.
  • Future-Facing SEO Skills: Strong technical SEO knowledge combined with a working knowledge of AEO and GEO—you understand how LLMs surface content and how to optimise for these environments.
  • Strategic Website Management: A proven ability to develop website strategies that cater to diverse audience segments from small businesses to mid-market and enterprise while balancing competing objectives such as high-volume lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Strategic Impact: A proven track record of driving measurable organic growth and improving conversion rates through statistically rigorous experiments.
  • Product & Technical Fluency: Experience collaborating with engineering teams to shape technical roadmaps and familiarity with headless CMS environments.
  • Data & Tech Savvy: Proficiency with web analytics and ideally CRO tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console, Amplitude, Optimizely, or Statsig) and the ability to present data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing external agency relationships, from setting briefs and reviewing deliverables to running performance reviews.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
