Job Description
Are you an innovative marketer with a passion for driving growth? As a VP in EMEA Marketing Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing data-driven marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance our presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
As a Vice President in the EMEA Payments Marketing Team, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with J.P. Morgan Payments' global and regional priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure our marketing efforts are impactful and measurable.
You will report to the Head of EMEA Marketing.
Job responsibilities

  • Take a lead on the development and execution of the EMEA marketing strategy to support working towards full funnel marketing initiatives, product marketing campaigns and sales teams in acquiring new business and deepening client relationships
  • Develop data-driven, customer-centric, marketing strategies for EMEA Payments; leaning particularly into product and market priorities accordingly
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal marketing teams to advise, design and implement cohesive, innovative campaigns
  • Measure, track and present marketing outcomes and insights to executive leadership, leveraging data to refine and inform future strategies and effectively optimize in market campaigns and initiatives
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness across the region.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expertise in creating and delivering data-driven integrated marketing strategies and activations
  • Relevant B2B marketing experience essential with a proven track record in multichannel campaign development and optimization
  • Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix and optimization strategies
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in several channels across B2B marketing, preferably product marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across various teams and functions
  • Experience in regional project execution and navigating complex organizational structures
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Financial Services, Fintech, and/or Payments marketing experience is essential
  • Deep understanding of the payments industry
  • Exceptional expertise aggregating with data and power-point essential to tell a story

  • Stakeholder management - Strong project and people management skills
  • Open to building leadership skills
