What you'll do

As a Vice President within Digital Solutions Sales, you'll be responsible for identifying, originating and growing client opportunities across NatWest Markets' Digital Solutions product suite. You'll focus on institutional customers, working closely with product specialists, relationship managers and coverage teams to help clients solve operational and workflow challenges through digital solutions.

This is a highly collaborative role. You'll work across sales, product, trading, technology, risk, legal and compliance functions to ensure our digital propositions are aligned to client needs and delivered effectively across the NatWest franchise. You'll build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across established and emerging workflow, automation, data and platform-based propositions, helping institutional clients solve real business challenges through digital transformation. Acting as a trusted adviser, you'll work closely with customers to understand their operating models, identify inefficiencies and co-create scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable commercial and operational benefits.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Originating and developing client opportunities across NatWest Markets' Digital Solutions product suite, including Digital FX workflow solutions, Fixed Income digital solutions, Digital Assets, Data and SaaS propositions
  • Managing relationships with institutional customers, understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, control and customer outcomes
  • Acting as a digital consultant to clients, understanding existing workflows, identifying pain points and designing solutions-led approaches that help customers transform, automate and scale critical business processes
  • Working closely with relationship managers, coverage teams and product specialists to drive Digital Solutions adoption across priority clients
  • Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and supporting delivery against revenue objectives
  • Collaborating with Product, Trading, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to support the successful launch and adoption of new capabilities

The skills you'll need

  • Proven experience selling digital, electronic or workflow-based solutions within Financial Markets, FinTech or a related technology environment
  •  A consultative, solution-led approach with the ability to identify workflow challenges and deliver automation and digital transformation outcomes
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders and originate new opportunities
  • Knowledge of Digital FX, Fixed Income, Digital Assets, Data Products, SaaS or workflow automation solutions
  • A proven track record of revenue generation, pipeline management and commercial execution in a regulated environment
  • A collaborative, self-starting mindset, with the ability to work across sales, product, trading and technology teams to deliver client outcomes
