Job Overview

While the primary focus is on spot and forward FX, this role will also collaborate with the Head of Trade Support - Options to address cross-functional needs and maintain seamless coordination across both areas of trade support.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Execution of foreign exchange products (i.e. Swaps)
  • Inputting trades into Monex’s in-house system
  • Assisting the front of house trading team
  • Verification and error identification
  • Daily reporting of client positions including valuation and collateral management
  • Communicating with clients to resolve queries
  • Coordinating with the Risk and Settlement departments

Knowledge & Expertise (not all essential)

  • Proficiency in the internal proprietary FXDB system for trade processing and reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of spot and forward FX markets, including trade lifecycles and risk management.
  • Familiarity with trade support systems and tools, including Bloomberg, Reuters, and Excel.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements for FX transactions.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Compliance, and Operations teams to align trade support processes with broader organizational goals.
