The Head of Engineering directs the custom development of proprietary products, leading a product engineering organization to deliver secure, reliable software solutions while meeting regulatory obligations.

Manage and grow B2B client relationships for FX products: prospecting, sales lifecycle ownership, compliance-led onboarding, KYC, pipeline forecasting, and collaboration with trading, risk, and compliance to meet revenue targets.

Support delivery, tracking and reporting of international portfolio projects. Coordinate stakeholders, maintain project plans, action logs and records, gather inputs for business cases, track milestones and benefits, assist governance and reporting, and research regulatory and operational issues across jurisdictions.

Monitor trading clients for sanctions, PEPs, adverse media and payment screening alerts using ComplyAdvantage. Investigate and resolve screening hits, conduct event-driven and dormant-client reactivation reviews, draft investigation reports, and liaise with front-office to maintain controls and timely processes. Support scalable AML/financial crime controls and regulatory compliance.

Welcome visitors, manage front-desk operations, answer calls, handle mail and meeting room bookings, support office administration (supplies, procurement, security passes), coordinate facilities and events, assist with travel and courier bookings, and provide general administrative and project support to maintain a professional corporate office environment.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for FX, payments, and institutional products. Create sales enablement (playbooks, battlecards, training), run competitive and win/loss analysis, use market insights and AI tools to inform pricing/packaging and content, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and pipeline impact.

Localize and execute regional marketing programs and events for assigned markets (UK/APAC), coordinate logistics with sales and vendors, adapt demand-generation materials, perform light market research, track and report local campaign performance, and use AI and CRM/marketing automation tools to support localization and workflow automation.

Develop and execute content and social strategy across regions: manage editorial calendar, produce and repurpose written and video content, run organic and paid social, use social listening and analytics to inform strategy, maintain DAM, partner with marketing teams, and use AI tools to automate workflows and reporting to drive engagement and pipeline influence.

Lead UK compliance for Monex Europe, advising senior management, overseeing regulatory and financial crime frameworks (including CASS), managing compliance monitoring, training, audits, policy change, liaison with FCA, and leading a compliance team to ensure regulatory adherence and governance.
