Join Our Team as a Trade and Shopper Marketing Manager!

This is an engaging position where you will develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans to drive sales. Working with the Client Manager, Brand Manager and wider team, you will analyse market data to provide brand and retailer insights to strengthen brand position with each major retailer and trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client Manager, Brand Manager, and colleagues to develop trade marketing plans.
  • Understand and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyse competitor activity to provide insights and identify opportunities.
  • Develop, execute, and report on trade marketing plans.
  • Work with National Account Managers to develop trade marketing plans.
  • Produce materials and work with retail customers.
  • Monitor budgetary expenditure monthly with clients and trade channels.
  • Support sales teams with brand updates and expertise at customer meetings.
  • Analyse market data to provide brand and retailer insights.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Professional Competencies:

  • Experience: Recent trade marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods, preferably in grocery/pharmacy trade sectors and Health & Beauty/OTC/Licensed medicines.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and sales databases. Strong analytical skills, communication, initiative, and attention to detail.
