Job Description:

At Belkin, we create innovative products that empower people to live more connected, convenient, and productive lives. We are looking for a Channel Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, accelerate sell-through performance, and deliver exceptional in-store and digital retail execution across Northern Europe.

This role is pivotal in bringing Belkin’s trade marketing strategy to life, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, partners, and marketing teams to fuel consumer engagement, category leadership, and commercial success. You will be responsible for maximising consumer activations, strengthening shopper marketing initiatives, and ensuring a flawless execution of our brand presence across all key markets.

If you are a commercially driven, results-oriented, and execution-focused trade marketer, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-moving, innovation-led industry.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Channel Marketing Execution

  • Develop and execute channel-specific trade marketing strategies to elevate Belkin’s presence across all consumer channels.
  • Drive seamless product launches by developing comprehensive marketing toolkits, ensuring effortless execution across all retail partners.
  • Enhance merchandising, in-store execution, and online brand visibility through targeted activations.
  • Plan and implement trade promotions, POS materials, and consumer engagement activities to maximise sell-through performance and category growth.

Cross-functional & Partner Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to align trade marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, ensuring synergy between brand and business priorities.
  • Partner with global and regional marketing teams to adapt and execute localised retail strategies while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strengthen relationships with key retailers, distributors, and external partners, driving joint marketing efforts and long-term strategic collaborations.

Performance Optimization & Data-Driven Strategy

  • Analyse sell-out data, shopper insights, and campaign performance to continuously refine Belkin’s consumer marketing execution.
  • Monitor budget allocation and ROI, ensuring efficient trade marketing investments that maximise business impact.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer behaviours to optimise trade marketing strategies and maintain category leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in channel marketing, or retail marketing within consumer electronics, tech accessories, or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel retail, digital-first shopping behaviours, and in-store execution best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact trade marketing campaigns that drive sell-through and market share growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting retail performance data and optimizing investments accordingly.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing multiple projects with agility and precision.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and budget tracking.
  • Passion for consumer technology and innovation, with a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented approach to trade marketing.

Why Join Belkin?

At Belkin, we don’t just create products—we create experiences that connect people to what matters most. Innovation, agility, and consumer focus drive everything we do.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the retail execution strategy for a global leader in tech accessories, working alongside industry experts, top-tier retail partners, and a dynamic cross-functional team.

If you are a strategic, results-driven trade marketing professional with a passion for retail execution and category leadership, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’re getting into

We’ve got big collaborative spaces for your big ideas, so bring an open mind and leave your suit in the closet. We all are committed to creating unique and rewarding consumer experiences. Everyone is interested in succeeding – for the team, for themselves and for the business. Cross-functionally and across the company, everyone has common goals and aspires to be their best.

You will learn something new or at least look at things differently every day. There are so many smart and creative people around that you’ll be motivated to pursue the ideal.

Team spirit is infectious. Belkin is an extremely open workplace, where communication is essential. Not every idea will be accepted, but you’ll be asked for your point of view. Innovation thrives on multiple and varied levels. At Belkin we challenge conventional wisdom and refuse to accept that something cannot be done.
