Are you passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Diversey is looking for a dedicated Territory Account Manager to manage accounts, retain customers, and secure new business while promoting our innovative solutions.  In this role you will be covering the North Wales, Cheshire & Staffordshire.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Existing Accounts: Manage and expand relationships with current customers through upselling, cross-selling, and minimizing churn.
  • Win New Business: Dedicate 50% of your time to identifying and securing new customers in your territory.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Engage with stakeholders such as Operations, Procurement, and Sustainability teams to align goals and introduce cutting-edge solutions.
  • Customer Retention: Deliver excellent account management and conduct site visits to ensure satisfaction and operational success.
  • Support Business Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards across customer estates and support the rollout of new business wins.
  • Service Support: Use remote tools to provide efficient support and perform minor adjustments during site visits.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in territory sales, account management, and business development. Experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Competencies: Commercial acumen, customer-focused, proactive problem-solver, and confident in building relationships.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license is essential.

  • Achieving sales growth and new business targets.
  • Increasing profitability within your portfolio.
  • Ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
